17 person come on MTC last Saturday, 12^th July 08. Still at the same place, at the same time ^_^. Before we continued to our main topic, firstly we’ve got warming up from Brother Gatot. We called it “Word Attack”. Each person should thinked about one word, whether noun, verb, adjective or anything. After mention it one by one and than we should showed it with ‘tepukan’ (im forget in English, clap maybe ya…hehe!).  One clap one word, but not our word. Example:

A (The word is happy)           : (Clap)…Wonderful!

B (The word is wonderful) : (Clap)…Dark!

C (The word is Dark)           : (Clap)…bla…bla..bla!

And so on!

          Continued to our main topic. This is all about The Pillar of Iman, we already published it (the article) in our Me-Magz (My English Magazine) second edition. After we read all the article, than we discussed it deeply. About the meaning of faith, the sixth pillar, the application in our life, also our perspective about it. Each group consist 3 – 5 person. We divided our member into 5 group at that day.

          It was fun and meaningful discussed we ever had. So if you want to join with us, share about anything in Islam, come and feel the taste in MTC. Next Saturday, 19^th July 08 at 4 p.m.

 

 As usual MTC program on Saturday, 5^th July 2008 in DT Library were held. Something different here, usually we just discuss about one or two topic, but on the last saturday we watched special movie about Tsunami and how to build LSM. Our great friend from Padang, Patra Rina Dewi, attended our program at that day. She is a founder and director of KOGAMI, one of foundation about earthquake and tsunami in Padang.

 

After we watched the movie, than we discussed it. Some of member asked about it (content from the movie) and some of them asked about Patra’s experience when she join with the SSRO at Mikumba Boat during the tsunami earthquake in Aceh last time ago.

 

It was nice and friendly discussion, though we just met each other ^_^ Thanks for Patra, thanks cause we can shared a lot of things, not only bout the movie, but also about how Moslem people make a good releationship with foreign, also give them information about Islam.
